From July 25 to July 27, 2025, athletes and spectators from around the globe will descend on Augusta, Maine for one of the most exhilarating endurance events in New England, so join us for the IRONMAN 70.3 Maine 2025.
Hosted in the heart of Central Maine, this world-class triathlon brings over 2,400 athletes, 3,000 spectators, and 900 volunteers to experience Maine's rugged beauty and strong community spirit. What is IRONMAN 70.3?
IRONMAN 70.3 (also called a Half Ironman) is a grueling yet rewarding triathlon covering 70.3 miles of swimming, biking, and running:
1.2-mile swim in the swift Kennebec River
56-mile bike ride through the scenic hills of Kennebec Valley
13.1-mile run through historic Augusta’s streets and trails
This race is a qualifier for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, drawing elite competitors and ambitious amateurs alike.
