The magic of the holidays rolls into Greenville Junction this season as the CPKC Holiday Train makes its highly anticipated stop at the historic Greenville Junction Depot on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. This dazzling family-friendly event brings together music, lights, and community spirit — all for a great cause!
🌟 A Celebration of Giving & Community
Since its inception in 1999, the CPKC Holiday Train has raised over $26.1 million and collected more than 5.45 million pounds of food to support people facing food insecurity across North America. This year, the train will once again bring joy and generosity to communities across six provinces and thirteen U.S. states, including a brand-new stop right here in Maine!

🎶 Holiday Train Highlights
Thirteen communities will be visited by the Holiday Train for the first time, with new stops in Maine (1), Louisiana (6), Oklahoma (1), Texas (4) and Ontario (1). Get ready for an unforgettable night of festive entertainment and community cheer!
Live Holiday Performances: Featuring artists like Barenaked Ladies, Smash Mouth, American Authors, Tyler Shaw, and Tiera Kennedy — plus other special guest musicians spreading holiday joy.
Dazzling Light Display: Experience the brand-new train illumination honoring “Rudy” and the legacy of the Kansas City Southern Holiday Express, a beloved U.S. holiday tradition for nearly 25 years.
Free Family Event: Enjoy the lights, the music, and the warmth of community — all free of charge!
